I’ve talked about this a lot. If you are not using online video (posting videos on various social media and using online video ads), you are not reaching today’s younger consumer. That’s why everyone is joining the video bandwagon. Facebook just unveiled a new Web video service that allows users to easily upload and share video clips. It’s a catch-up move against Twitter’s video-sharing service Vine. More and more websites are offering online video ads. Why? They work.

Need proof? I’m running a cooperative online video campaign for four clients that is enjoying a 2% click-thru rate (percentage of people going from ad to client website), compared to the national average of 0.06% for ads without video.
