For ten years I’ve been telling attendees at my small business seminars that “the real marketing winners will be businesses that develop innovative ways to deliver current products or services.” One of the examples I use in my seminars and book (www.powershiftmarketingbook.com) is the University of Phoenix. They didn’t invent college; they just changed how the product was delivered.
